  • Employee management.
  • B2B/B2G agency experience – especially account director/account executive experience – is a huge plus.
  • This position will be responsible for managing 3 – 4 accounts to start and will build up to 6 – 7 accounts and management of one or more employees.
  • This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of team, and the desire to manage/mentor one or more employees.

What We’re Looking For/What You’ll Be Doing

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism, English or marketing with a focus on business writing/content marketing – PLUS at least 6 to 8 years of marketing, PR, branding and social media experience. A master’s degree would be nice.

  • Incredible organizational skills. You may be planning events, such as trade shows, seminars, webinars, office parties, community programs and more – plus keeping track of multiple clients!
