iDiscovery Solutions, Inc. (iDS), a legal technology and information governance expert services firm, was launching two new methodologies — xiGSM Expert Information Governance and the Consensus CodingSM platform — at LegalTech® New York, a key industry tradeshow.
Branding can be a major undertaking, but clearly defining and conveying a company’s unique value proposition can increase awareness and recognition, leading to enhanced credibility and trust.
Verasolve conducted branding workshops with iDS leadership to refine messaging and positioning for the new platforms. That made it possible for Verasolve to provide guidance on selecting names and logos for the new methodologies; and to help create email announcements, marketing slicks and banners highlighting their features and benefits.
Verasolve also helped iDS create a number of video marketing pieces, including a whiteboard animation video to display at the tradeshow and several videos for the iDS website. Verasolve helped with creative direction, script writing, day-of support, and editing.
Verasolve publicized the launch of the new methodologies and iDS’ participation in the tradeshow by crafting a press release that was distributed to targeted media outlets, including Citybizlist.com. Verasolve also led the planning for the tradeshow – establishing an event planning timeline, running advisory board meetings, researching and recommending booth designs and accessories, managing the budget, and placing orders.
Verasolve’s branding, marketing and PR initiatives helped iDS build brand recognition and awareness among the qualified leads who attended the tradeshow as well as those who were contacted afterward. The firm’s directors have been using the newly created materials at presentations and meetings to introduce the new services to current and prospective clients.
